A2Z Driving School Dallas – Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 10, 2026

By booking, purchasing, or using any services offered by A2Z Driving School Dallas (“A2Z,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services Offered

A2Z Driving School Dallas provides driver education services, including:

Behind-the-wheel driving lessons

DPS-authorized road tests

Teen and adult driver education programs

Practice driving lessons and bundled packages

In-person classroom instruction

Notary public services (when available)

Related instructional and administrative services

All services are subject to availability and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements.

2. Eligibility & Student Requirements

Students must meet all applicable Texas DPS and TDLR requirements, which may include:

A valid Texas learner’s permit or driver’s license

Completion of required driver education coursework

Completion of Impact Texas Drivers (ITD), when applicable

Wearing closed-toed shoes during driving lessons

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

All services must be scheduled in advance

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the student and instructor

Availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed booking

Services are generally offered between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, seven days a week

A2Z may modify schedules due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or instructor availability

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

Cancellations within 24 hours are considered late

Late cancellations or reschedules are subject to a $50 fee

Same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations

Requests must be made via phone call or text to an official A2Z contact number

5. Late Arrival Policy

Students must arrive on time

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation

Instructor availability beyond the scheduled start time is not guaranteed

Lessons canceled due to late arrival are non-refundable

A $50 rescheduling fee applies if the lesson must be rebooked

6. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a student fails to arrive without notice

No-show appointments are forfeited

A $50 fee applies to reschedule

Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of services

7. Payment & Billing

Payment is required prior to service unless stated otherwise in writing

Package pricing applies only when lessons are completed as scheduled

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services

Services resume only after payment issues are resolved

Pricing may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Completed lessons are non-refundable

Unused package lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable

Missed lessons due to no-shows, late arrival, or late cancellation are non-refundable

DPS road test fees are non-refundable once scheduled

9. Vehicle & Safety Policy

Vehicles must be operated safely and lawfully

Rental vehicles are provided where indicated

Instructors may terminate lessons due to unsafe behavior

Lessons terminated for safety reasons are non-refundable

10. DPS Road Test Policy

DPS-authorized road tests are administered according to state rules

A minimum passing score of 70% is required

All required documents must be presented on test day

Missing documents or ineligibility results in forfeited testing

Tests are administered by certified examiners on DPS-approved routes

11. Pickup & Drop-Off Policy

Pickup and drop-off may be available for select services

Locations outside standard service areas require prior approval

Availability is subject to instructor scheduling

12. Notary Services

Notary services, when offered, are provided in person

Services are subject to availability

Notary services do not constitute legal advice

13. SMS & Communication Consent (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, forms, checkout pages, or booking systems, you consent to receive SMS text messages from A2Z Driving School Dallas.

Message Types You May Receive:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Scheduling updates and rescheduling notices

Course registration and completion notifications

Service-related updates and administrative messages

Opt-Out Instructions:

You may cancel the SMS service at any time.
Simply text “STOP” to 972-891-0105.

After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again through our forms or booking system and messaging will resume.

DPS decisions or administrative processing

A2Z reserves the right to update these Terms at any time

Changes take effect immediately upon posting

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services, submitting forms, opting into SMS communications, or making payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
